I have begun my journey and I am welcoming you along.
Starting this year of 2008 I affirm a new commitment to health.
Everything has led to where I am today but a few recent events stand out as loud callings for truth and resolution.
I attended two funerals the Saturdays prior to Christmas.
Both men, friends of twenty-six years old, passed within one year of cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Over the past few years I have been seeking answers to some really tough questions about health and on this journey we will explore a lot of these. The journey will start with a Fourteen Day Lifefood Fast accompanied by Yoga, Breathwork, Poetry, Music, Study, Rest and of course sharing it with you here.
